Square Footage: 122,031 square foot building. 49,739 square feet of 18 inch raised flooring. 7,000 square feet of raised floor will be provided. 72,292 square feet of class "A" office space.
Power Specs: Power to Facility Underground, PSE&G Service (480V). Generated Power: Essential (UPS) Power – Three 625 KVA Liebert Static UPS units supply up to 1.0 MW of power to data floor with one unit redundant; Two 1,250 KVA diesel generators backup critical and non-critical power loads; Phase II build out includes minimum of 1.5 MW’s of usable UPS backup power and the related switchgear to provide N+1 configuration; Build out includes generators, UPS, switchgear and related PDU’s. Critical (non-UPS) Power – 1,250 KVA diesel generators backup critical systems such as chiller plant, data floor lighting and office. 6,000 gallon capacity of diesel fuel on site with refueling contracts - 48-72 hours at maximum load. N+1 dry cooling plant; Redundant piping systems for Glycol; Generator Backup for cooling system provided by two 1.25 MW generators; Appropriate DX rooftop dry coolers will be added in order to support the additional 1.5 MW’s of power that will be added in Phase II; This system will include all necessary CRAC units to be place in strategic marks on the floor.
Carrier Specs:
Carrier-neutral facility providing access to multiple providers for local, fiber and Internet connectivity. From low speed 56kbps to Optical carrier level services available.
Security: All building entrances require card key access; Data center floor and secured areas require card key and biometric authentication; Dedicated elevators to the our space. Guards on site 24/7x365. Cameras cover our entrances, alternate workspace and data center floor. Pre-action dry pipe system requires alert from two sensors, which activates pipe fill and a final stage when the temperature exceeds thresholds; Halon Fire Suppression in all data center areas; As necessary the fire protection system will be extended to cover all new data center space and related infrastructure. The redundant design of our fire system will remain the same.
